I originally had an issue with the color and finish of the Brazilian Black Cherry pickguard I ordered, but Thalia really stepped up and worked with me to get it right.
Gareth and the team listened to my concerns, communicated directly with their manufacturing team, sent me photos and samples, and continued working on the color and finish until they produced something that worked beautifully with my Taylor Builder’s Edition.
The final result looks fantastic on the guitar. The darker wood, finish, and mother-of-pearl border complement the guitar perfectly.
I really appreciate the time and effort they put into resolving the issue and making sure I was happy with the final product. Things don’t always go perfectly with a custom product, but how a company handles an issue says a lot about them.
Thalia ultimately went above and beyond to make it right, and I’m very happy with the result. Five stars!

This is the second truss rod cover I’ve had Thalia make for me. Not only is it perfect for my new Gibson Hummingbird, I received it very quickly. Great product and transaction. Recommended!
Love my capo and was helped with my issues, all around amazing!
I was skeptical of this capo and especially at $80!
But I researched and read and watched videos. But what sold me was the chatting with the employees. Everyone I interacted with wasn’t above and beyond to help me figure out what I needed.
I love this capo! I wouldn’t bring certain guitars to gigs because I couldn’t use a capo on them. But with the Thalia capo, I’m using all my guitars for gigs!!!

At first I wasn’t sure about it because it caused some buzzing in my low E string but I played around with it and put it on in a different position and now it works great
