Thalia was created by a father-daughter team driven by a passion for creating a more beautiful and personalized capo—one that could complement a player's guitar. After four years and more than 70 prototypes, the Thalia Capo finally became a reality.

In 2014, Thalia officially launched with the support of more than 4,200 backers through a highly successful Kickstarter campaign. As the brand grew, Thalia expanded its offerings to include premium guitar accessories and lifestyle products, including wood guitar picks, straps, pick pucks, and more. With over 12,500 five-star reviews, our customers have helped spread the word to guitar players around the world.

In 2022, Thalia was acquired by Delmar Products, Inc., a family-owned company that has served the music industry for more than 50 years. Delmar is also the owner of D'Andrea USA, the legendary company that invented the world's first plastic guitar pick in 1922 and has been a trusted name in guitar accessories for more than a century. 

Today, Thalia and D'Andrea USA proudly represent two distinct legacies united under the Delmar family. In addition to Thalia's signature collection of premium capos and accessories, we're proud to offer a curated selection of D'Andrea guitar picks, straps, pickguards, and other iconic products. Together, we combine Thalia's passion for premium design with D'Andrea's century-long history of innovation bringing guitarists thoughtfully crafted accessories from two trusted names in music.
