I have had Thalia cases on every single iPhone going back at least 6 years and they have all been great. I’ve had 2 different iPhone 17 Pro just wood cases and both of the wood inlays are lifting. I contacted support and never heard back…

The Gibson phone case is beautiful and fits my phone perfectly. It did take a little longer than expected to arrive, but overall I’m very pleased.
My husband was thrilled to receive this phone case last Christmas but the inlay has continued to peel and now the letters are almost gone. Is this to be expected?
